Muffins gigantes! The giant's Corn Muffins!



INGREDIENTES
1 CUP CORN MEAL/HARINA DE MAIZ
1/2 CUP FLOUR ALL PURPOSE/ HARINA TODO USO
1/2 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR/HARINA DE TRIGO
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER/POLVO DE HORNEAR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA/BICARBONATO DE SODIO
1/2 TEASPONN SALT/SAL
1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG/
1 CUP PLAIN YOGOURT' OR BUTTERMILK/YOGUR 
1/4 MARGARINE OR BUTTER MELTED/MARGARINA O MANTEQUILLA
3 TABLESPOONS HONEY/ MIEL DE ABEJA
1 EGG/ UN HUEVO

TOPPING

1 TABLESPOON FLOUR/ HARINA TODO USO
1 TABLESPOON CORNMEAL/ HARINA DE MAIZ
2 TEASPOONS SUGAR/ AZUCAR
4 TEASPOON SALT/ SAL

PREHEAT DE OVEN, MIXED ALL INGREDIENTS AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES.

PRECALIENTE EL HORNO, MEZCLE TODOS LOS INGREDIENTES HORNEE POR 30 MINUTOS.
